Ladies, are you looking for a fun way to get fit? Why not socialize while you exercise!
Join instructor Kathy Lohrei and your neighbors at the Community Center for a 45-minute, low-impact workout based on the StrongWomen concept. Exercises include stretching, floor work, and the use of hand-held weights.
Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. (except for the third week of the month, when class is held on Tuesday and Thursday.)
Newcomers are always welcome. You'll need to bring a floor mat and 3- to 5-pound, hand-held weights. A 50₵ per-class fee is donated directly to OAIA for the use of the Community Center.
